From Rockwall (coming in West on Highway 30)
1 - Exit 740 (Ridge Road) - go south about 9 miles
Stay on FM 740
notes: at the "T" of 740 & Smirl, 740 goes to the left
at the stop at 740 & 550 - 740 goes to the right
in Heath 740 turns left at stop sign
2 - Turn Left on Ranch Road - As you come into Forney, you will see a Forney water tower on your left. You will come to a stop sign, there will be a Forney Elementary School on your right, Ranch Road is on your left
3 - Turn left (West) on Valley View (will be the second road on your left)
Road will curve to the right, the main entrance to Valley View Ranch is the Santa Fe style entry on your right; 15178 Valley View.
If the gate is closed, please call. DO NOT try to enter if the gate is closed, even if you have an appointment.
Proceed up driveway, "Y" to the right and park in parking lot.
