Valley View Ranch is 19 miles east of downtown Dallas, off highway 80 at 15178 Valley View.
From driving East on Highway 20

In Terrell at the "Y"
of I-20 and Hwy 80 Veer onto Hwy 80
2- At Forney, Exit FM 740
(Pinson Road) and turn right ( North) about .5 mile

- At stop sign proceed straight onto
Ranch Road
4- Turn left on Valley View which
is the second road on left
Road will curve to the right, the main entrance to Valley View Ranch is the Santa Fe style entry on your right; 15178 Valley View.
If the gate is closed, please call. DO NOT try to enter if the gate is closed, even if you have an appointment.
Proceed up driveway, "Y" to the right and park
in parking lot.
