Directions From Austin/San Antonio
Valley View Ranch is 3 hours and 20 minutes from Austin. 19 miles east of downtown Dallas, off highway 80 at 15178 Valley View.
1 - Take I-35 North, at 35E/35W split veer to right onto 35E towards Dallas2 - Exit HW 20 East
3 - At the 20/635 fork, merge right on to 635 North - go 6.8 miles
4 - Take Exit #6B/Terrell onto HW 80 E – go about 5 miles

At Forney, Exit FM 740
(Pinson Road), turn left (North) about .5 mile to stop

- At stop sign proceed straight onto
Ranch Road – go about .25 mile
7 - Turn left on Valley View which is the second road on left
Road will curve to the right, the main entrance to Valley View Ranch is the Santa Fe style entry on your right; 15178 Valley View.

Proceed up road, "Y" to the right and park in parking lot.
