He has been started roping, has worked cattle, been trail ridden, he's even been ridden English! He has been well started on the barrels/poles and he is currently running consistent and dead quiet. Has a good neck rein, rides with his head down, he is soft in your hands, has a good hard stop, naturally sits down and gets up under himself in his turns. He has smooth gaits, a gorgeous, floating trot and lope, and easy, automatic flying lead changes. Sonny is easy to catch, leads, ties quietly, bathes, loads, hauls really well.
