"Red" is a been there, done that ranch gelding and gets the job done right! Whether you know how and just want a really great no nonsense guy to enjoy or you need one that can teach you, or need one to babysit the beginners, Red is the only one you will want to use! He was started as a cutter and has nice moves across one on one with a cow. He is an amazing ranch horse, rope horse, team penning and sorting horse! He will turn back in the cutting pen and would make a practice horse. Red is easy to ride and great to be around. He is a son of Jazzarell Cat by High Brow Cat and out of a Freckles Playboy Daughter. Red has a big stop and a soft easy to sit jog and lope. He will work a gate, side-pass; turn around on his forehand or hindquarters and backs up soft. He has recently been started on the barrels and poles (slow and correct!) by a young girl and shows a ton of potential! He will keep the kids entertained! He has excellent ground manners, easy to catch, lead, load, hauls, stands tied, bathes, grooms, picks feet, saddles, bridles, stands for mount and dismount and is good for the vet and the farrier. Loads in the trailer well and is quiet in new places!
