Slick is a gorgeous, handy, quiet gelding! Slick is a finished sorter and team penner with tons of outside riding miles. Slick has been-there, done-that, seen-that! He is tolerant and quiet, and laid back enough for most riders to get along with well and enough quick handle for most advanced riders to really enjoy! He has a great stop, backs up, turns around both ways, has a smooth, jog and easy rocking lope. Slick has a nice soft mouth and moves off your legs well. He reads a cow well and is so fun to sort on! He can also be used for outside cattle work and is broke well/ carries a full bridle well. He has super ground manners, very quiet to catch, lead, load, haul, bathe, groom, pick feet, saddle, bridle, stands tied anywhere, stands dead still for mount and dismount, and great for the vet and the farrier. He has been ridden out alone, in groups, been down the side of the road, hauled to arenas for events, and has been into town and handles traffic and commotion like a pro. This is a very relaxed, sweet, well broke gelding!
